CNPJ registration, A1 certificate, pause, removal and readiness to issue.

The account's CNPJs: registration, A1 certificate, pause, removal and readiness to issue. The test key reads companies, but does not create or change them (403). The id of each company is the empresa_id of the issuance routes. Errors in the NestJS format (see Errors and HTTP status).
